Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Sapphire Valley

Service i am just so sad because i been there 2 winters and this is ski resort and yet 1 time they did not run because it was not cold enough and 1 time they did not do anything because there are too much snowingy

We have not been here in many years. I was stunned at the transformation. This 2 night stop was for a short stop for a Biltmore visit . The check in was very pleasant ...Ameera was so pleasant and gave me a lot of good info. Upon departure Sarah and a very nice man who worked there went out of their way to help me with a little car issue. The 2 bedroom lockoff was actually perfect...loved the lower unit which was mine...nice bedroom w balcony and Jacuzzi tub...very clean and comfortable...gave the upper section to friends... nicely updated. Coming back this winter.

This is one of the best places to stay for leaf peeping. Comfy rooms with everything one could need & a quiet, relaxing environment. Friendly staff just rounds out the package nicely.

Rented a 1 bedroom lockout which turns it into two bedrooms, which takes its two separate one bedroom units into two full units. The descriptions and photos were hard to follow. The lockout gave us two bedrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms with two pull out couches. Downstairs unit smaller kitchen appliances, jacuzzi tub and separate walking shower, king size bed, living room pullout couch upstairs loft type space. The upstairs unit everything was upstairs also a king size bed, normal size kitchen appliances, bathroom had a regular tub and shower. The recreation center closed early without notice on New Years Eve sometime before 7:30pm. Getting a hold of anyone is not easy for check-in and check-out, skiing any of it. To get skiing or snowboarding tubing passes you have to get to the office at 8am day of and they sell out fast. It’s an extremely small resort not sure I would call the slopes a resort great for small kids not sure about adults that are experienced skiers it’s one slope. Beautiful area super comfortable beds great hiking but shouldn’t be on your list for places to ski.

This place offers warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Despite of raining for few days during our stay there, we enjoyed our quiet and peaceful stay.

This was a new experience for my family, but it was awesome. We never knew visiting the Tennessee area could hold such class and friendly people to people interaction. As always, Club Wyndham prevailed in service as well.

The property is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely return to this resort. However, every interaction I had with the resort staff was weird or rude. One male employee said something very unprofessional and inappropriate that left me shook. The amenities were good. The pool area is the best.

Front desk folks are super wonderful. Location is perfect. The room, though, smelled like mildew. The room is okay. I don't usually care if a place is dated, but this one feels like it stepped out of the '80s. It is functional, though, so that's what matters.
